Q3 earnings analysis: Part 6: Winners pulling ahead of the others
We own only 1 cloud stock in our S.W.A.T. portfolio and it is an emerging winner in AI. It is not an AI beneficiary. This company is developing infrastructure solutions that are proving to be critical to their customers as they prototype and adopt AI in their day-to-day operations.
Since we entered the position in April 2025, the stock is up +72%. YTD, the stock is up +38%.
Today, we are more than 50% allocated to Artificial Intelligence leading into 2026. We identified specific AI sub-sectors that will thrive next year and we put money to work there. For example, in our previous post linked here, we alerted readers about a new AI stock we added to our portfolio and why we think this company has strong H2 2026 and 2027+ catalysts.
Additionally, we laid out an action plan for the next 5 quarters showing what we might buy or sell or trim and when based on how 2026 plays out.

Next year is going to be tough for investors. We plan to be very surgical about where and when we deploy our capital or scale it back into cash.
